Private Event Venue rentals @1789TheBridge are full-day rentals and are priced per floor as follows: ​​

Weekday rentals start at $2500 per floor (Monday-Thursday).

Weekend rentals start at $5000 per floor (Friday thru Sunday).

All rentals include a 10-hr venue access period. Additional access is $500/hr.

The use of an outside caterer incurs a fee of $1500. No on-site cooking permitted. Additional Event liability insurance may be required.
